Each borewell costs as little as $1000
Borewell Clean Water
Annually, about 37.7 million Indians are adversely affected by waterborne diseases and 1.5 million children die each year of diarrhea alone. Because of the unclean water, and lack of sanitation and hygiene, the people are suffering from many diseases like cholera, typhoid, dysentery and other serious illnesses such as guinea worm disease. One borewell will supply clean water to about 2000 people. A typical borewell costs about $1,400.00 CAD / $1000.00 USD.
We can build one brand new well which provides clean water to over 2000 people in just four weeks. A cost of around fifty cents per person, tomorrows coffee will cover eight people when you think about it. Take the time, learn more and help with clean water.
“Please pray and believe with us that an Angel will be resident at each well and that every time people drink from this well they will have a strong sense of the conviction of the Holy Spirit and a desire to come to Him. Think about the amazing divine transformations that could occur in these villages as Holy Spirit draws and outpours His Spirit”!
